Do I have to have a monogram?
No. Just leave the letter option blank and your order will not have a monogram.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.
Do you charge tax on all orders?
Sales tax is applied to only orders delivered to the State of Ohio.
When I enter my credit card number over the Internet, is it secure?
Yes, it is a secure page. Our secure servers fully encrypt sensitive data for safe, trouble–free transactions. We utilize the latest security methods and fraud detection techniques to protect any and all information you entrust to us. Textile Republic utilizes the Secured Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to insure the safety of your transaction.

What is your return policy?
Textile Republic products are made-to-order specifically for you so we are unable to offer a refund. However, we strive to make every customer happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item purchased, please contact us at info@textilerepublic.com with your order number and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Will my email address or personal information be shared with other companies?
We do not disclose or share our customer’s personal information with anyone.
Shipping and Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since every TR product is custom made it takes on average 2-3 business days to manufacture your one of a kind item. Once completed your shipping option will kick in.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Textile Republic currently does not ship outside of the United States but stay tuned!
What is the quickest way to check on my order?
You can login to your account using your user ID and password to check the status of your orders.
Submitting Artwork
How do I submit my pattern to be considered for production by Textile Republic?
Submitting a design is as easy as: 1) create a Textile Republic account here. 2) Go to Submit A Pattern and upload a low-res image of your pattern. 3) TR will send you a confirmation email once your pattern has been received and the review process will begin.
What criteria do you use to choose the patterns to be voted on by ‘The Republic’?
Your pattern must meet only two criterion to be uploaded for voting:
a) A minimum standard of design quality must be met
b) A certain “look” that we think will be popular with our community – ‘The Republic’. Please see this post for what TR is looking for...
If your pattern is not chosen, it does not mean it’s a sub-par design – it’s just not the “look” & “feel” we think the community is looking for at this time.
How can I check the status of my pattern?
You can view the status of your pattern by visiting your Textile Republic private profile page which is username and password protected.
If my pattern is accepted for voting, what does that mean?
It means that it will be featured in our gallery of patterns for the ‘Republic’ to vote on. If your pattern receives 100 Facebook ‘Likes’ within 30 days then it will be “Sent to Print” (note: before production begins we’ll need the hi-res print ready file).
Do I keep the rights to my design/pattern?
Yes, you retain the copyright to your design at all times. If your pattern receives the minimum 100 Facebook ‘Likes’ then you agree to grant Textile Republic an exclusive license agreement for the commercial use of your pattern. You have the right to cancel this agreement after the second year if your annual royalty payment is less than $200. The terms and conditions of submission can be found here.
What percentage of sales do I receive from Textile Republic once my pattern goes into production?
You will receive one of the following royalties depending on your design’s final Facebook ‘Like’ tally:
a) 100-399 Facebook Likes = 7%
b) over 400 Facebook Likes = 10%
How do I vote on a pattern?
To vote on a pattern simply scroll over ‘The Republic’ menu above and select ‘Vote’. Click the ‘Like’ button under the pattern. A Facebook account is required for voting.
Why the 100 Facebook ‘Likes’?
It helps us determine if ‘The Republic’ likes the pattern and whether or not you are willing to help TR promote your pattern.
When can I expect my “winning pattern” to be on products?
Upon receiving a signed contract, designer questionnaire, and original .ai vector file, you can expect your pattern to be on TR products within 3-6 weeks.
